About The Position

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to manage product placement and inventory levels for Hallmark products in various retail stores. This role involves collaborating with local store teams, supporting seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally working with products from other companies. You will be the face of Hallmark, utilizing your organizational and time management skills, and building retailer relationships.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Be responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
• Expect additional days and extended hours during the work week leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend, on occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
• Be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.
• Support other team members as needed in their territories.
