The Hall Director oversees a residential community housing approximately 517–1,084 students and supervises a team that may include 8–22 Resident Assistants (RAs), an Assistant Hall Director (AHD), and Office Assistants. This role is responsible for staff selection, training, evaluation, and ongoing development. The Hall Director collaborates closely with facilities, housekeeping, and campus partners to ensure efficient operations and a positive residential experience. The HD serves as a key leader in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging community while managing student concerns, administrative processes, and emergency response.
