About The Position
This position provides interpreting and translation services and administrative support while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be considered. Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This position is for team members currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Requirements
- Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position under the new UKG attendance policy.
- Must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
- No suspension in the previous 12 months will be considered.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
