Requirements

Colorado cosmetology license required
Passionate about hair, beauty, and creating exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities

Create a warm, professional, and personalized experience for every guest
Conduct thorough consultations and develop services based on each guest’s individual needs and goals
Educate guests on appropriate home care and professional products
Build long-term relationships and a loyal clientele through exceptional service and communication
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Deliver consistently high-quality hair services
Continue developing technical skills and staying current with industry trends and techniques
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, hair health, and appropriate service recommendations
Practice safe, sanitary, and professional work habits
Take ownership of the quality of your work and your continued artistic development
Maintain professional standards for scheduling, punctuality, communication, and client follow-up
Develop and maintain a healthy clientele and personal business
Work toward individual performance and career goals
Participate in education, coaching, trainings, and team development opportunities
Take initiative in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
