We are seeking a talented and compassionate Hairstylist who is excited to positively impact the lives of seniors while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming retirement and long-term care environment.

Requirements

• Valid hairstylist license/certification and liability insurance
• Previous professional hairstyling and hair cutting experience
• Confidence performing men’s haircuts and clipper work
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to professionalism, resident satisfaction, and exceeding expectations
• Must provide your own hairstyling tools

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hairstyling and hair cutting services for residents
• Perform men’s cuts and clipper work with confidence
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships
• Manage appointment bookings and basic reception duties
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized salon environment
• Monitor and replenish salon supplies as needed
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for residents and families
