About The Position
Supercuts is seeking licensed cosmetologists for full-time and part-time Hair Stylist positions. Supercuts is a well-recognized salon brand offering extensive training, a clear career path, and dedicated support for stylist success. Stylists receive intensive training, regular seminars, and annual recertification to stay current with trends. The company emphasizes ongoing training and education, with stylists being paid to attend. Supercuts provides a variety of services including haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services, utilizing proprietary tools and techniques. The salon operates on a walk-in basis with online and phone check-in options. Supercuts is committed to fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high-quality standards for both stylists and guests, positioning itself as an industry leader since 1975. The franchise owner, Requis Inc., is a large salon franchise with over 500 employees nationwide.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Understand guest needs.
- Perform quality consultations.
- Perform requested services efficiently and professionally.
- Close out the system at the end of the day.
