About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. We are looking for a talented and friendly Full-Time Barber/Cosmo Stylist to join our team! Our pay range is $12.00-$40.00+ an hour, which includes a guaranteed base wage, product bonuses, performance bonuses and tips. This open position is for 35-40+ hours a week.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
