About The Position

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. The role offers a potential earning of $21–$31/hr with tips and productivity bonuses. A joining bonus and referral bonus are also offered. The position is in a fun, fast-paced environment where you can help build the culture of a brand new franchise.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
