Great Clips in Fort Payne is hiring licensed stylists who want the freedom to build their own schedule. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, or weekends — you choose. We offer paid training, PTO, holiday pay, profit sharing, a 401(K), and a supportive team environment. Our stylists average $25-$33/hr with generous bonus programs on top. No clientele needed — we provide the customers!

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
