About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. This is a brand new salon in a bustling shopping center right next to Harris Teeter, in a highly populated area with a designated customer base. We offer guaranteed hourly competitive base pay, with the potential to earn $25–$30/hour (hourly wage + tips + product commission). We also offer 10% Retail Product Commission and up to 40 hours/week available. You will receive paid ongoing training & professional development with career growth opportunities and be a part of a growing team & organization.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
