About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. Ready to earn more? Skip waiting for customers to book an appointment—cut hair where the customers are already waiting for you! We're hiring an experienced Stylist or Barber for our high-volume walk-in salon. Earn $27-$35/hr average with hourly pay + tips + bonuses. Full-time Stylists work a flexible schedule of 30+ hrs/week and includes PTO, paid holidays & a 401k with a 50% match.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
