Requirements
- Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in salon POS systems and social media posting
- Strong communication skills and a team player are a must
- Some weekend work required
Nice To Haves
- Prefer experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of cutting, color, and chemical texturizing
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, treatments, full color services, and perms
- Ensure all appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and taking payments
- Opening and closing duties
- Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques
- Maintain a pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness
