About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. This role offers a guaranteed competitive base wage, up to 25% product sales commissions, and opportunities for additional weekly incentives and bonuses. Successful stylists can make up to $20-$35 per hour in total compensation. We provide paid ongoing training, seven holiday pay, up to three weeks of paid time off accrual, and benefits including health, dental, & vision insurance and a retirement plan with a 100% match.
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
