About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. At our locally owned Great Clips® salon, we make it easy for you to succeed. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, we’ve got a chair ready. Stylists here earn $35–$40 per hour with guaranteed base pay, tips, bonuses, and incentives. We provide the customers, flexible schedules, and ongoing training so you can focus on doing what you love. You’ll also get medical insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, an Employee Assistance Program, and paid training.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
