Part-Time Hair Stylist
About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon as a part-time hair stylist or barber. The role offers flexible scheduling and dependable retail hours in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so stylists do not need to build a clientele, self-market, manage appointments, or pay booth-rent or hidden fees. Compensation is $25+ per hour, including tips and incentives. Stylists can access skill training, one-on-one technical coaching, and ongoing development through Great Clips University. The salon uses tools such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to reduce administrative work, and offers opportunities to grow into more hours. Medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations. Salons are independently owned and operated by third-party franchisees, which handle their own hiring and personnel matters.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber License; requirements vary by state or province.
- Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
