About The Position
Blo Blow Dry Bar Woodson's Reserve is searching for Hair Stylists/Makeup Artists to join their team. As part of the original blow dry bar franchise, you can build a fulfilling career. Blo Blow Dry Bar has over 100 locations and is growing quickly, with a mission to uplift and enhance the community through flawless blowouts and beauty. You'll earn money right away with a predictable hourly wage plus tips, commissions, and bonuses. You'll perfect your blow-out and finishing skills by learning Blo’s signature techniques, plus braids and up-dos. Requirements
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas
- Must work weekends
- A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
- Makeup application experience and/or interest
- Willing to travel between both the Kingwood and Woodson's and perform a variety of salon services
Responsibilities
- Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services as well as makeup application.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups
- Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
- Work collaboratively and support your teammates
- Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace
