Join our fabulous team! Drybar Sarasota is hiring Licensed Cosmetologists and Hair Stylists for our Sarasota Midtown and Sarasota UTC locations. At Drybar, we keep it simple—No cuts. No color. Requirements
- Valid and current Florida Cosmetology License (Required).
- Passionate about styling and finishing hair (blowouts, braids, buns, updos).
- Strong communication skills with a positive, high-energy, and team-oriented vibe.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to Drybar’s premium service standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services that leave clients feeling confident.
- Greet clients warmly, consult on their desired look, and ensure they leave with a smile.
- Create meaningful connections with clients to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal clientele.
- Share your expertise by suggesting the perfect Drybar products for at-home maintenance.
- Help grow the business by upselling add-on services, memberships, and gift cards.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining styling stations, tools, and overall shop appearance.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, bartending staff (receptionists), and management to sustain a positive, supportive work environment.
