About The Position

Drybar Naperville is seeking a full-time Hair Stylist | Educator who is passionate about helping others grow, maintaining high standards, and creating an exceptional guest experience. This role involves training and coaching stylists on Drybar techniques and standards, supporting onboarding and ongoing team development, and providing hands-on education in styling, blowouts, and guest experience. The Educator will reinforce service quality and brand consistency, partner with leadership to identify training needs, and help elevate team performance through feedback and coaching. Additionally, the Educator will deliver exceptional guest experiences when on the floor.

Requirements

• Strong technical styling skills (blowouts and finishing styles)
• Passion for education, coaching, and team development
• Positive, supportive leadership style
• Strong communication skills
• Salon or beauty industry experience required

Nice To Haves

• Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
