About The Position

Drybar Naperville is seeking a full-time Hair Stylist | Educator to train and coach stylists on Drybar techniques and standards. This role involves supporting onboarding and ongoing team development, providing hands-on education in styling, blowouts, and guest experience, and reinforcing service quality and brand consistency. The Educator will partner with leadership to identify training needs and help elevate team performance through feedback and coaching, while also delivering exceptional guest experiences when on the floor.

Requirements

• Strong technical styling skills (blowouts and finishing styles)
• Passion for education, coaching, and team development
• Positive, supportive leadership style
• Strong communication skills
• Salon or beauty industry experience required
• Must have flexible availability
• Must be able to work opening and closing shifts
• Weekend availability required

• Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
