About The Position

We are seeking a Hair Salon Manager who is also a Licensed Cosmetologist. This role offers an opportunity to unleash your potential as a leader and Salon Manager. Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.

Ability to perform administrative tasks.
Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.

Manage all salon operations.

Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees.
Ensure a positive work environment.
Hire, recruit, and train staff.
Handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
Perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day.
