Our salon is just inside the Woodland Walmart, with high foot traffic and a dedicated customer base ready and waiting for your skills! New to salon management? That's okay — if you're an experienced stylist ready to grow into leadership, we will teach you.

Requirements

• A current cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal license)
• Leadership experience — in any industry
• A love for hair, trends, and great client service
• A friendly, professional attitude
• Willingness to mentor and grow a new team from the start

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a brand-new team at SmartStyle Woodland
• Deliver excellent customer service and build a welcoming salon
• Set goals with ownership and run daily operations
• Train, coach, and support your stylists
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with company and state rules
