The Hair Assistant is responsible for performing shampoo and conditioning treatments, sanitizing, maintaining cleanliness of salon areas and equipment, laundry, and providing a comfortable experience for clients. Responsibilities

Shampooing and conditioning clients
Blow-drying clients (when necessary)
Sweeping salon floor and light cleaning to maintain salon’s appearance
Helping prepare guests for service
Ensuring guests are comfortable, offering beverages, etc
Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques
