About The Position
The Habilitation Technician helps build a better future for consumers by providing guidance, supervision and training to consumers and staff in accordance with policy, procedure, and Habilitation Plans in the residential and/or day treatment setting. The Habilitation Technician is responsible for ensuring that the residential and/or day program environment is safe, clean, therapeutic, and that basic consumer needs are met.
Requirements
- The desire to make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental and mental health disabilities
- High School Diploma
- Valid NC Driver’s License

- Experience in Residential Care
Responsibilities
