About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a Habilitation Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead and support a team delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State College, Pennsylvania area. The role combines team leadership and development with oversight of client experience, service quality, program outcomes, and daily operations. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call support rotation and opportunities for career advancement and leadership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be a Qualified Professional with at least 1 year of post-degree experience with the I/DD population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of habilitation professionals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational priorities.
