About The Position

Operates one or more of the following machines: fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemsert, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine and paint system. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates one or more of the following machines: fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemsert, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine and paint system.
• May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Uses basic mechanics’ tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks.
• Uses tape measure, and manual and digital calipers.
• Checks parts using appropriate gauges.
• Uses calculator to perform 2 and 3 place decimal calculations.
• Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration.
