Act as a liaison and ambassador for H2B employees coordinating housing, transportation, banking, healthcare and other related activities and translating information to Spanish as needed. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must have state issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is needed.
  • P.C skills required and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and positive attitude to help individuals feel welcomed and championed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities to assist the H2B employee group in terms of work schedule, bus pick up and drop off times, work protocol, attendance, grocery pick up, and health care.
  • Act as a resource, getting H2B employees acclimated to the US including churches, laundromats, pay cards, how to get money from them.
  • Assist employees apply for Social Security numbers and go with them to Social Security Administration office get appointments as needed.
  • Work with property management teams to communicate questions or concerns such as requested repairs, lost keys, safety, etc.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as processing receipts and gas cards, completing purchase orders, ordering supplies and scheduling meetings.
  • May transport employees to appointments in company owned vehicle.
