About The Position

As the Front Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”. Only in-country H2Bs with Desk Agent experience who are authorized to work between November 20, 2026 - April 12, 2027 will be considered.

• Only in-country H2Bs with Desk Agent experience.
• Authorized to work between November 20, 2026 - April 12, 2027.
• Good communication skills.
• Eager to learn and take pride in your work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel front desk experience recommended.
