About The Position
Sweet Peas @Watermelon Swim is expanding in Brooksville and is looking for a Gymnastics Program Manager to lead, elevate, and grow their program. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about working with kids and ready to step into a leadership role to shape something special.
Requirements
- Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or youth athletics
- Leadership experience—or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
- High energy, positivity, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach engaging, structured gymnastics classes that kids love
- Inspire a positive, high-energy experience for athletes and families
- Oversee daily gym operations to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
- Support and lead events, birthday parties, and special programming
- Help grow and evolve the gymnastics program through leadership and initiative
