Gymnastics Instructor
About The Position
The Gymnastics Instructor introduces children to learning through play in The Little Gym’s enrichment and physical development environment. Instructors teach classes using the organization’s established curriculum and teaching method, which training is provided for. They create a warm, fun, educational, clean, safe, and nurturing setting where children can develop at their own pace, while delivering a strong customer and membership experience. The role involves being active and moving throughout the day, engaging with children and their parents, and helping children build confidence and skills.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and being active while having fun.
- Enjoy play, movement, and engaging with children.
- Be service-oriented and motivated to make others feel good.
- Build positive relationships with children and their parents.
- Maintain a positive attitude while knowing when to focus on work.
Nice To Haves
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
