About The Position

Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym. This role involves introducing children to education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. The instructor will teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method, provide outstanding customer service, and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. The position emphasizes treating each class and child with individual attention, fostering confidence, and making a positive impact on children's development through movement-based learning and imaginative play. The Little Gym offers programs for children aged 4 months through 12 years, including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and sports prep, as well as camps, Parents' Survival Nights, and birthday parties.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
Voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
