If you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, positive environment centered on child development, this could be the perfect fit.
Requirements
- Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or experience working with children in an active setting.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for kids.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, safe Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using our established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Teach age-appropriate motor skills through movement, games, and coordination circuits.
- Keep classes organized and encouraging while maintaining positive communication with families.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment.
- Participate in training and coaching development as our program grows.
