Gymnastics Instructor
About The Position
The Gymnastics Instructor introduces children to education and play in The Little Gym’s learning environment, teaching classes based on its curriculum and teaching method. The role also provides customer service and a positive membership experience, while creating a warm, fun, and educational setting for children. Instructors treat each class and child with care and enthusiasm each week. The Little Gym provides training for the role. The Little Gym offers gymnastics-based programs for children from 4 months through 12 years, including Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes. Classes are taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace.
Requirements
- Enjoy having fun, being active, and playing with children.
- Be service-oriented and enjoy making others feel good.
- Be able to connect with children and their parents.
- Know when to have fun and when to focus on work.
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
