About The Position

The Little Gym of Evergreen is seeking a Gymnastics Coach who loves kids, enjoys moving, and being active in their job while having a ton of fun. This role involves introducing children to the "serious fun" of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. The coach will teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method, provide outstanding customer service, and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. The company emphasizes treating each class and child as if it’s their first day, every week. The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years, using movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills. For over 40 years, trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through various programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and birthday parties. The franchise owner, Somersault Operating, operates 30 locations across 8 states and is looking to grow.

Requirements

Weekday Afternoon and Weekend Availability - Required
10-20 weekly hours
Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
Love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Nice To Haves

Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well.
