About The Position

The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. Trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents' Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. The Director In Training role is a full-time position focused on reinforcing the company's core values and mission, understanding its philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to both the team and customers. This role is for individuals who have tons of energy, love kids, and are looking for a way to give back to their community, emphasizing "Serious Fun". Somersault Operating, the franchise owner, currently manages 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states and plans for multiple new locations.

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics

Responsibilities

Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers
Teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience
Answering phone calls, texts, emails, instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries
Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer
Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly
