About The Position
The Gymnastics Team Coach is responsible for coaching gymnasts from instructional levels through team-level competition. This role includes athlete development, skill progression, and limited administrative responsibilities. Candidates must have prior experience coaching competitive gymnastics and a passion for athlete safety, growth, and performance.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in coaching gymnastics.
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities
- Coach instructional through team-level gymnasts
- Develop and implement safe, effective training plans
- Spot athletes and assist with skill progression
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive training environment
