About The Position

We are a vibrant, community-focused performing arts studio dedicated to fostering creativity, confidence, and joy through dance. We believe every student, from the youngest beginner to the seasoned teen, deserves an instructor who is not just technically skilled, but also passionate, energetic, and deeply committed to their growth. We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Gymnastic/ Acro Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of performers and dancers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gymnastics/ Acro instruction, with a background in Acro.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring young people, with excellent communication and classroom management.
• A reliable vehicle and ability to commute to the studio location is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver captivating lesson plans for diverse age groups (ages 5 to 7) and skill levels (beginner to Intermediate).
• Teach weekly classes, ensuring students develop technique, confidence, and a genuine love for movement.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to explore and express themselves.
• Collaborate with studio directors and fellow instructors to align curriculum and ensure a cohesive student experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every class session.
