About The Position
At KidStrong, we empower kids to be stronger, smarter, and more confident every day. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as coaches. KidStrong coaches love helping kids, are energetic, care about the families they impact, and take pride in being part of a high-performing team. We welcome coaches with diverse backgrounds including fitness, sports, coaching, gymnastics, performing arts, martial arts, and other high-energy fields. KidStrong is a private child development training center that uses a science-based curriculum to help children from walking age to 11 years old develop their brain, physical growth, and character strength. Since 2016, KidStrong has been expanding rapidly across the country and is now opening over 30 new locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
Requirements
- Passion for youth development and movement.

- Backgrounds in fitness, sports, coaching, gymnastics, performing arts, martial arts, or other high energy and engaging fields.
