Requirements

Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, co-workers
Experience working within a luxury Club/Resort environment
Valid state driver’s license
Experience operating front desk
Strong customer background
Supervisory experience
Must be CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certified
Working knowledge of fitness equipment and safety procedures
Working knowledge of member, guest and employee relations
Microsoft Office computer skills
Scheduling skills
Inventory skills
Communication skills
Customer service skills
Problem-resolution experience
Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests
Must be able to move about the entire property in an efficient manner
Able to work on feet for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Able to move about at a quick pace

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred
At least 3 years of hospitality/fitness related experience
