About The Position

The Northside Family YMCA is currently seeking part-time responsible individuals to oversee gymnasium services and activities. This position requires weeknight and weekend availability. The pay range for this part-time position is $13-$15 per hour, and candidates must be 21 or over.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or over.
• Service-oriented, role model with a member-first attitude.
• Able to recognize and respond to unsafe situations.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer, telephone, and related business equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gymnasium services and activities.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain gymnasium equipment and inventory.
• Set up and break down events.
• Maintain surveillance during games, activities, and member participation.
• Facilitate seating and set up for gym rentals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and staff.
