About The Position
The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner of The Little Gym of Scottsdale location and will have the opportunity to help manage a team of 5-7 instructors. In addition to hourly pay rate, opportunity to earn Sales Bonus Incentives as gym hits membership sales goals.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills

- Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
Nice To Haves
- A background in child development, physical education, occupational therapy, and/or gymnastics, dance or sports is a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Management experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Help run the gym, manage day-to-day operations alongside owner
- Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Help support wit marketing channel activities
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Sell The Little Gym program to new customers: excite and invite all new customers to become part of The Little Gym family!
