Requirements

You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well
You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.
Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff. Fostering growth for both the business and the team to promote a healthy atmosphere and culture for the gym environment.
Staffing and team scheduling.
Studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries.
Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
