Director of The Little Gym of Wilmington

The Little GymWilmington, NC

About The Position

As Program Director, you'll do more than lead classes—you'll shape the experience of hundreds of children and families each week while developing the next generation of coaches and leaders. If you love mentoring others, creating unforgettable customer experiences, and making a lasting impact on your community, this role offers a meaningful career with clear pathways for growth. The Little Gym began 50 years ago as a place where children could learn and grow through movement, fun, and imagination. Over time, it’s grown into a global community built on our unique Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy—Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid—helping children ages 4 months to 12 years build the confidence, skills, and life-readiness for life’s biggest adventures. Somersault Operating Inc. is the largest franchisee of The Little Gym, operating 30 locations across 8 states. We develop exceptional leaders through training, mentorship, and career growth while creating magical experiences that help children build confidence through movement and play.
