Gutter Sales Representative / Insulation Sales Representative
About The Position
Service Partners is seeking an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associate to join their fast-growing business. This role is for individuals who are top performers, want to manage their own territory, and produce at the highest pace with uncapped earnings. The Outside Sales Rep will act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand. This position requires preferred relevant experience with building materials such as insulation and gutters. It involves being at the branch and out on the road meeting with both potential and existing customers. This is not a remote position. Service Partners is part of the TopBuild family of companies, a leading installer and distributor of insulation and building material services nationwide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Comprehension of construction drawings.
- Entrepreneurial and motivated to win.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.
Nice To Haves
- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge.
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division.
- Aggressively grow sales and promote our brand.
- Build strong relationships.
- Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
- Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
