About The Position

Responsible for providing high-level customer service on firearms sold by the Company. Requires firearm knowledge and repair experience.

Requirements

  • Firearm knowledge and repair experience.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
  • General mechanical ability.
  • Sound problem-solving skills to help facilitate solutions to problems identified during the inspection process.
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and repairs firearms for internal and external customers.
  • Checks headspace on firearms and adjusts as necessary.
  • Repairs stocks, aligns sights, and test fires firearms.
  • Assembles firearms of a difficult nature.
  • Fabricates simple tooling, tools, and fixtures.
  • Assists in production prototyping.
  • Documents problems on customer returns as required.
  • Inspects first piece samples from vendors and documents findings.
  • Progressively improves upon and maintains acceptable inspection numbers in accordance with Company standards.
  • Stays on task with assigned duties.
  • Adheres to all employment policies, safety policies, and practices required by law or established by Company.
  • Wears all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times.
  • Maintains and keeps workstation and department area clean.
  • Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Immediately reports any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor.
  • Maintains respect, courtesy, a positive attitude, and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.
  • Other duties will be assigned, as required.
