Crown Family Philanthropies (CFP) is the philanthropic division of Henry Crown and Company and supports the Crown Family’s philanthropic and grantmaking endeavors. CFP was developed to represent an array of family grantmaking practices, continuing the legacy of Arie and Ida Crown and their dedication to tikkun olam, or “repairing the world.” Supported by a professional staff, CFP is led by over 50 family members across multiple generations who collaborate for strategic grantmaking. Henry Crown and Company (HCC) is a Chicago-based, privately-held operation that manages business interests and coordinates investments. The Gun Violence Prevention Program Analyst will support CFP's Gun Violence Prevention (GVP) portfolio by providing programmatic, team, and grants administration support. This role will collaborate with the GVP team and trustees through the Gun Violence Prevention Committee to advance grantmaking, fundraising, research, and community engagement.
