Requirements

• At least 3 years of teaching guitar
• Strong skills on your instrument
• Plan your lessons and use that time well
• Can keep students (especially ages 5–12) focused and engaged
• Communicate clearly with parents
• Reliable, show up early, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Open to feedback and willing to adjust when needed
• Pass a background check
