About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of Guidewire Configuration & Development experience
• Strong expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
• Hands-on experience with Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Business Rules, and Data Model Extensions
• Experience leading development teams and technical deliverables
• Knowledge of Guidewire integrations, web services (SOAP/REST), SQL, XML/JSON, and CI/CD practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud is a plus
• Guidewire ACE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire configuration and customization initiatives
• Design scalable, high-quality InsuranceSuite solutions
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement
