Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of Guidewire configuration/customization experience
• Hands-on with PolicyCenter (BillingCenter/ClaimCenter preferred)
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering Guidewire projects
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers; ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Design, configure, and customize Guidewire (PolicyCenter) modules.
• Develop business rules, workflows, and UI using Gosu & Guidewire Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
• Manage integrations with external systems (APIs, messaging, etc.).
• Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance.
• Maintain documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum activities
