Requirements

  • Guidewire Business Analyst experience
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements
  • Experience conducting workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
  • Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
  • Experience mapping business processes to Guidewire capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with architects/developers on solution design
  • Experience defining workflows, configurations, and business rules
  • Experience analyzing and documenting integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs
  • Experience supporting test planning, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Experience ensuring solutions meet business requirements
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Experience providing updates and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience maintaining documentation and delivering end-user training
  • Experience identifying enhancement opportunities and optimizing Guidewire processes

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements

  • Define workflows, configurations, and business rules

  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Provide updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
