This role involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards, handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, and observing all house, safety, and security procedures. The attendant will also be responsible for restocking their cart and completing additional deep cleaning tasks as scheduled. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
